Paul Vincent Parkin - also known as 'Jinxy' - has been painting for over 30 years. Although a highly successful portrait artist, Paul is constantly experimenting with new paint applications and techniques. His latest 'Mood' collection of spin paintings are created using special metallic paints which change colour in differing lights.
